*DUE TO THE NATURE OF "MADE TO ORDER ITEMS" WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL* 

  • In the rare circumstance that your products are defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, and pictures of the damage, and we will issue a refund or replacement.
  • If your package is dammaged upon arrival please imediately contact us and include pictures of the dammage package so that we can initiate a replacement item, and a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase and we will change it for you, after 1 hour our system has qued your items for printing and the order can't be modified.
  • This policy may be modified if Athlete Zone has an exclusive item and/or limited avaliability drop.
  • All items on Athlete Zone are "Made to order", meaning they're produced when ordered. As such, our manufacturing process ques orders for production 1 hour after order. After that hour, we're unable to modify, change, or cancle the order.
  • Please refer to our sizing guide prior to placing an order. Items will be produced in the size ordered, and can not be returned due to incorrect sizes ordered.
  • Orders may not be canceled after they are placed
